Subject and object are the SAME word: 我看见他 (wǒ kànjiàn tā, I see him) and 他看见我 (tā kànjiàn wǒ, he sees me). Chinese pronouns have no case — there is no separate form for I and me. The plural is simply 我 + 们: 我们 (wǒmen). Northern speech also has 咱们 (zánmen), which always INCLUDES the listener, while 我们 may or may not. Possession is made with 的, but 的 is normally dropped before family members and institutions: 我妈妈, 我们学校.
